Every selected home is within a 5-minute walk of an MRT station.
We only select properties within a 5-minute walk of an MRT station, making business commutes and everyday travel easier. This standard applies to every Rayon Selected House location.
O2 advertised rent covers two guests. Each additional guest costs NT$1,500 per 30 days. Extra days follow the rental rule: NT$1,500 ÷ 30 × 1.25 per day, capped at one additional 30-day guest fee. Please contact us to confirm each room’s occupancy limit.
Guangrong Street: other floors measure 18 ping each; the fifth floor has 14 ping indoors plus a spacious 4-ping terrace.

Can I stay for 40 or 60 days?
Yes. The minimum rental is 30 days. Each complete 30-day period is charged at the monthly rate; extra days cost monthly rent ÷ 30 × 1.25, capped at one additional monthly payment. A 60-day stay is two rental periods. Water and 250 kWh per 30 days are included; excess electricity is NT$5/kWh. Use the estimate on each location page and contact us to confirm your stay.
